Western Water Park is located at Ctra. Cala Figuera a Sa Porrassa, 07181, Magaluf, Mallorca, Spain. You can reach it by car, by parking on-site for €7/day, or via the free shuttle buses running from Magaluf and the 104 & 105 public buses from Palma.

The park is open daily from early May to the end of September, between 10am and 5pm. During July and August, opening hours extend to 6pm. Note that all water attractions close 15 minutes before park closing time.
