I bought tickets online and as we arrived earlier, I asked and they gave me the time in advance without any problem.the guide was great, the attention also and the games and the museum impressive for children and adults.the school, museum and in general the facilities very highly recommended to see and not to miss it.

Didn't know what to expect but we as a family loved it all....all the VR and digital games etc were great for everyone in the family to enjoy, young and old and as big Rafa fans it was try amazing to see all his achievements and what an incredible guy he is and also to see the other sports stars he obviously admires. Loved seeing the rackets of soany tennis players from the past.

The museum is very good and also the theme of the games and the photocall, all at the height of what Rafa Nadal deserves, and what his values represent. The only thing we missed was an awning at the entrance of the museum because we went with our son and he was in the sun for 15 minutes without the possibility of getting in the shade.

The visit to the museum of Rafael Nadal has been very rewarding, we have found that not only is the best athlete in the history of Spain but he is a great person, simple and has not lost its initial essence...... Thanks Rafa for walking the name of Spain around the world and for the moments you have given us.

No waiting at the entrance or for interactive activities. Very well organized. Modern, welcoming, very interesting museum. A must-see for tennis fans on Mallorca. US OPEN restaurant; good prices and quality. Pleasant staff.

We had a lot of fun. Not a typical museum, but a interactive playground + some Trophies and Tennis-raquets. It was nice.

The interactive part is very entertaining, and then the museum part is awesome.

EVERYTHING, spectacular museum, games, trophies, different jerseys, everything!

We did the Hop on Hop off busses in Palma De Mallorca as well as Barcelona! The absolute best way to get around and familiarize yourself with a city. Buses came by very frequently and the audio information that gives you highlights along the way was spectacular. This tour option is a must, the highlight of our trip.

Loved the castle. Didn't like dismissive rude nature of ticket handler when I hadn't got the app loaded to have the QR code. Had to head back to hotel to get wi fi to get app and code.

Clean bus with very nice drivers. Well chosen stops. However, I would have liked more information from the audio guide about Palma.

Fine tour. The only thing I found unfortunate is that they did not stop at landmarks for e.g. a photo.

This was a great way to see Palma in a day from the cruise port.

I liked exploring the new side of Palma, not just the centre of the city.

Entry was easy to book and you didn't have to queue. Brilliant. The cathedral itself is wonderful to look at. It has a lot of Gaudi influences, which is why it immediately reminded me of the Sagrada Familia. An enchanting play of light through the many colored glasses. It is absolutely worth a visit.

The buses respect the schedules as indicated, the app shows perfectly the location and allows to be located at the nearest stop. The description of the tourist spots is very good and the staff is very friendly. We recommend 100% if you want to know the most important of this beautiful city.

The atmosphere. Everything was very peaceful and harmonious inside. We particularly liked the picturesque windows.

Ticket was booked at short notice, easy handling, immediate entry, beautiful cathedral from the inside, everything beautiful😊

The staff at the entrance told us that the audio guide was not included in our ticket, even though it was clearly indicated in the reservation.

Great cathedral -no queues on the day. Got stolen my bank cards in gift shop but that's of course not Headout's fault.

The price is too high for a place of prayer. It can quickly become too much for a family, or for someone who can't afford it but wants to pray or light a candle, for example.

The booking was super easy and the ticket was accepted straight away and we were able to enter the cathedral within moments!

On arrival, the person in charge informed us that this type of ticket did not include the audio-guide, whereas it was mentioned that the entrance ticket did include the audio-guide.

Tha Chatedral was wonderful. First you visit a museum with religious objects and reliques and then the inside of the chatedral. The lights inside are amazing because of the rose windosws.

Even though we did not receive email confirmation of payment, we showed up at the entrance without any problem they let us in .

I needed a data matrix code which was not provided. I had to negotiate with the staff on site for the cathedral AND the museum.

The cathedral was very impressive. It wasn't very crowded, so we were able to see everything well. Unfortunately we had kept to the official dress code (shoulders and knees covered). So we and a few others were very warm 🥵. Perhaps a small hint that the cathedral can apparently also be visited in very skimpy clothing.
