Did you know?

Marineland Mallorca is part of the Aspro Parks group, which operates several animal and water parks across Europe.

The park’s dolphin and sea lion shows are scheduled daily, but exact times vary by season. Always check the timetable on arrival.

Marineland features one of the few penguin enclosures in Mallorca, offering rare up-close views for children.

Why visit Marineland Mallorca?

Picture this: a bottlenose dolphin leaping into the air just metres from where you're sitting, the whole crowd erupting in cheers, and your kid looking up at you with the widest eyes you've ever seen. That's the kind of magic Marineland Mallorca delivers.

Nestled right on the gorgeous Costa d'en Blanes beach in Calvià, Marineland Mallorca holds the distinction of being home to Spain's very first dolphinarium, and over five decades later, it still draws visitors from across Europe and beyond for its internationally acclaimed shows and up-close animal encounters.

What sets it apart is the sheer variety packed into one day out. You're not just watching a dolphin show (though that alone is worth the trip). You're also meeting penguins, coming face-to-face with sharks, gasping at anacondas, marvelling at rainbow-coloured tropical fish, laughing at performing sea lions, and watching parrots pull off tricks that frankly seem impossible. Add a private beach, a kids' splash zone, and beachside cafes to that mix, and you've got a full day that genuinely has something for everyone—toddlers and grandparents included.

What to see at Marineland Mallorca?

The Dolphin Show

The star of the show—quite literally. Marineland Mallorca's internationally renowned bottlenose dolphin show runs twice daily and has wowed visitors for decades. Watch the dolphins leap through hoops, play basketball, and perform breath-taking acrobatic stunts, all in one electrifying performance.

Sea Lion Show

Comic, charming, and completely unpredictable, the sea lion show is a fan favorite. These incredibly intelligent animals show off balance, agility, and a natural sense of humor that has audiences of all ages in stitches. The show runs twice a day, morning and afternoon.

Parrot Show

Marineland's parrot show is one of the most colourful spectacles in the park. Exotic birds from across the globe perform astonishing tricks and acrobatic feats that leave visitors absolutely gobsmacked. With three shows daily, it's easy to slot into your schedule.

Shark Pool & Tropical Aquarium

Take a walk on the wild side at the shark pool, then lose yourself in the dazzling tropical aquarium filled with colorful reef fish, sea turtles, rays, clownfish, and fascinating invertebrates. It's like stepping into the Pacific Ocean without getting your hair wet.

Penguinarium

Possibly the most adorable corner of the whole park. Watch these waddling comedians at feeding time for a moment that's almost unbearably cute. Great for little ones who want to get as close to wildlife as possible.

Mini Park & Private Beach

Kids can cool off at the Mini Park, complete with a pirate galleon, wading pool, and water slides. The whole family can then unwind at Marineland's private beach, a genuinely rare perk for a theme park experience in Mallorca.

A brief history of Marineland Mallorca

Marineland Mallorca opened its doors in 1970 on the famous Costa d'en Blanes beach in Calvià , making it one of the very first marine parks in Spain and Western Europe. Most notably, its dolphinarium was the first of its kind to open anywhere in Spain, a milestone that cemented the park's place in the country's tourism history.

Over the past five-plus decades, Marineland has grown from a pioneering dolphin attraction into a full-scale wildlife and entertainment destination. Alongside its conservation and educational focus, the park has worked collaboratively with the Balearic Government's Ministry of the Environment and COFIB on animal reproduction and conservation projects, including protecting endemic Balearic species such as the 'Ferreret'. In 2020, the park celebrated 50 years of wildlife conservation, research, and family entertainment, a landmark achievement for any attraction.
